A late poppy!!

I spent the morning doing the teas & coffees for the Christmas pudding sale at my neighbour's house. We had a steady stream of callers, but not too busy that I couldn't catch up on the news from the few people that I know!!

Having blipped the mixing yesterday and in the absence of any suitable "stirrer", I had a look round her garden for a flower for today. We haven't had poppies in our garden for months, but these hardy souls were sheltering in a corner.
