Dalem Lake

It was time we had a beach day so we ventured out to a new one, that is quite close and it was a total treat!  Only about 35 minutes away, and there were a few others there but not crowded at all and the water was warm!

My big news is that i have a date for surgery...August 23rd!  So not too much time to have to wait.....i'm just so ready to take this next step in my healing!   It's been a very long haul, altho compared to other's i've spoken with i am actually pretty blessed that things have moved on so fast!  

long day and lovely dinner out on the back porch, but the nights are definitely getting a lot less hot and humid....great sleeping weather for sure...off to bed!
