My mom was very pleased with her new nail treatment. And proud. She said at least five times that she did the detailed flower art herself and liked how it turned out.

Also on our outing: She asked what year it was, and when I told her, she started counting. 2018, 2019, 2020. She said, "Then we only have two more years of sense?" She might have meant "cents," but I like the first better. Alas! I think we have zero more years of sense.
