Compton

E is at preschool today - last day before the holidays. N and I snuck out to the beach for a spot of surfing/bodyboarding as the weather is nice - hopefully the first of many such days!  I was supposed to be sorting out junk in school but that can wait.
What a perfect day - warm, sunny, it really was utterly wonderful to be in the water with the sun shining down, such a good feeling. Didn't catch many waves but it was good fun. Then we sat in the van to have a nice cup of tea and some lunch while enjoying the gorgeous view.
