Heather moorland

The skies were grey but the heather blooming.  I made the colours a bit 'Vivid' on this one.

The grey skies were full of big birds to the left
Red Kites (3) , Buzzards, Ravens and Kestrels.

Gamekeepers and Red Grouse to the right.

I enjoyed watching them with someone I had only done on-line birding with until yesterday.  I often wonder if I have spoken to other people I 'know' on-line and just not quite got round to asking .... are you .... ?
