Hen of the Woods

I think this is the polypore generally known as Hen of the Woods - not to be confused with the commoner Chicken of the Woods. On the other hand it could be an immature Giant Polypore. Its growing on beech and its growing fast - it wasn't here a week ago and is now at least 30cm across. I'll have another look at it next week.
