One step at a time ....

Unexpected visit to nurse practioner today.  I have pulled a muscle in lower back and pain wasn't easing so wanted to check I was doing the right things. Was pleasantly surprised to get same day appointment and consult was incredibly helpful. 

So will need to take things easier while it heals and should self refer for physio. Sadly though this means that Lairig Ghru in 3 weeks time is highly unlikely.
