Ice cream anyone?

These little street carts are everywhere in expatville. This one was outside the supermarket where we dashed to at 9pm after work.

We were in the midst of another dust storm too, but not as severe as some.

I checked the temperature - it was 39 - how does the ice cream stay cold I wondered...
