Peaceful place

Sunshine greeted us again this morning. Is it really November? Too nice to be inside so it was a hike up to the San Miniato al Monte monastery. The best views ever of the city from up there! But; after having my fill of the lushly decorative buildings in the city centre the tranquility and sparseness inside the monastery was a welcome relief.
