Muscle Machine

We're having our cellar screeded so that the floor can be re-laid.  It should have been screeded from the beginning, but our flooring contractor didn't think of it (or thought he could get away with an almost level floor) so it has taken months longer than it should have to finish the cellar after its re-proofing.

Anyway, it took a while, but we found someone to lay screed on the underfloor heating element and this chap was bringing two cubic meter sacks of sharp sand to complete the screed mixture (cement, PVA and fibre).  I was impressed with the size of this, a forklift truck, and it carried the near-tonne weight of the sand sacks with ease.
