quiet

Needed a quiet day after yesterday, especially as my ear is playing up - I want to avoid another infection. The children were happy to potter and play and Antony took them up to the pool. Best of all, I got the first daytime nap I’ve had since Isaac was a few days old (and Vic was here to facilitate one). It was so good!
