This development has been going on for several years. There are five lots left, two are 3 acre lots and two big ones at the south end that will be up to 13 acres, all woodland. Woodland is OK, but you do have to clear some to build and even then you are not living in a place for a pleasant stroll. Poison ivy and snakes! You can, however, clear trails and keep then clear and in that way use the woodland.
This is about a mile from us, at the top of the hill. Two of the remaining lots will be very exposed in the winter.
