Yellow for optimism

Another day in work today to be there when the students collected their results. Some celebrations and some tears but virtually everyone got what they needed to get and some of them did exceptionally well. There was time to do some planning for the first day back and to feel quite optimistic about the year ahead. I also fettled my desk drawers. I am still avoiding the filing cabinet and the cupboard but they will keep until next week and I enjoyed working in an office with the decks cleared today. 

Home to Bailey who was still a bit sleepy and who has retired to the spare bed well before I needed a blip. Having not recorded anything from my day, my pretty yellow rose was perfect emergency blip material.
