Round 2

Today was the start of the second round of the Soupdragon Challenge. So far everyone has made excellent Thursday soups and now we're back round to me.

I presented minestrone with home made pesto and warmed focaccia stuffed with cheese and rocket, all of which went down very well with clean plates all round.

'Expressing ourselves through the medium of soup one pot at a time.'

That's the pressure off for another six weeks.
