Will and the tomato relish

Will had a birthday present today from French friends Marc and Marie Claire - a lovely green apron.

It was perfectly timed for him to use in the making of a new recipe for tomato relish.  He used tomatoes and onions from the garden to make it - and I can tell you that it is delicious because we had some this evening ………………..!
