Burning wood.

A bad workman blames his tools but I really believe that the tool I have isn't good. It varies so much as to how much it marks wood at a time. It feels like it switches off the heat while it's still plugged in.

Plus..... The lump of wood wasn't quite smooth. And you can see the marks it has on it which, sadly, I didn't think of avoiding.
