Over the hills and far away..

Less showery today so sent 2 away to bring some of last week’s straw bales home from down the road.
I spent the day mixing slurry as it is passed time it was getting spread . Mrs F not overly pleased that I had left the house door open for the dogs to get out, as the smell also got in !
A night off tonight . Went to the Lothian Beef Group visit to a Peeblesshire farm to see their beef set up. Pure Saler cattle on a hill farm . A very interesting night with a good turn out of folk and some good looking cattle. Followed by coffee and a great spread of food. That will be my tea sorted then !
