Some produce from the garden.........just an emergency blip snapped on my ancient phone but I thought they looked cute together ;-))

I went to the NHS physiotherapy appointment this morning........the young girl was really friendly, sympathetic and tried to be helpful but ended up recommending me to attend a 6 week ( 1.5 hrs once a week) course of group therapy sessions that focuses on helping you to live with your ' disability ' ...........so it seems I'm a lost cause........I knew it would be pointless going really but I'm ever hopeful that I might be proved wrong ......not this time I guess :-/
