Ross Fountain

Having a few errands in town we had the chance to see for ourselves the recently restored Ross Fountain. It is gratifying to see this in action after so long, particularly as so many places of lesser interest seem to be able to support at least one fountain and to see the vibrant colours of the original design.
Our afternoon was completed with a concert by the Edinburgh Renaissance Band and their fascinating variety of instruments.
