I drove past my old school today and noticed that the playground had been turned into a car wash - a sure sign redevelopment is in the air. I went inside, courtesy of the carwash manager and found that it had been used as an Islamic school for a few years. It looks kind of well looked after, but the camera lies - it was all a bit down at heel - but in the Spirit of Twenty First Century Britain, it's going to be turned into flats - good eh?
