Indian veggies

Very busy day today. Cancled all appointments after 6pm because all the hell was let loose at work.
I will have some guests tomorrow evening so I had to prepare the food today. Nobody knows if I can finish work on time tomorrow...

So this is dinner for tomorrow: Veggie Curry with crystal noodles (but no noodles in yet).
Looking forward to the dinner party...
