Mr Mod is selling chairs

There was quite a line up of chairs a Mr Mod today. Yes, I was back in my old neighbourhood having a few sore bits unkinked at the chiropractor.

I'd like to think that will teach me not to run on beaches (I did the camber both ways) but it probably won't.

No doubt I'll get my zimmer frame stuck in the sand in years to come.
