Flower Friday..........

..........and may I present our state emblem - the Kangaroo Paw.
It is the State Emblem of Western Australia along with the Black Swan.

Another quick trip to Kings Park this afternoon with the almost retired "Driver". The sun came out from behind the clouds momentarily and we were warmed for a short while. I have been cold ever since I left the pool this morning. I don't know why - the wind perhaps....

I have added another variety of kangaroo paw in extras. There are so many varieties now it's mind boggling.
