in awe...

Tonight was the opening of the Kendal Mountain Festival, of which we are tightly wound up in! Opened by the festival patron, Sir Chris Bonington, the main street of the town was shut down and a gigantic screen placed across it to preview the Festival's film trailer and a few other inspiring films from the world of outdoor exploration. It was grand.

Zachary was enthralled. He loves the Festival but what he mostly loves is wearing all the passes that he collects from us - VIP / Director / AAA / Press / Speaker / Staff - sweet!

Tomorrow night when it is Endurance Night staring the Brownlee brothers and their Olympic medals he will be working - keeping the toilet paper stocked in the venue with 600 people in.

Thinking I might just need to design him a new pass - 'Loo Roll Boy' to wear!
