I think i'm going to stop here for the time being.....quite happy with how this image has morphed....from here to this!  many many layers of 'stuff'...which i love doing!

Off to put another piece of paper on the easel!

and of course i'm doing what a lot of folks are doing, listening to the amazing Aretha Franklin! and also saying a little prayer for a dear friend of ours who also passed yesterday!   see the extra of John when we were down in Cotuit a few months ago!  He also came up to Big Hill a couple of times for a week's retreat last year!   Just another reminder of how fleeting life is and how you truly need to count your blessings!   I know that's my mantra today:
