Guildford

Another High Street!

I can't believe we've been here 17 days and this is the first time we've properly been into Guildford. We gave ourselves three hours, most of which was spent having lunch in a really fab Italian restaurant that G found when she went looking for a restroom! They had a set menu which we tried out.

Prior to that, I spent some time in Lloyds Bank trying to sort out some stuff. I can't believe the branch and the level of customer service they give. Dubai could really learn some things from them.

We called in on our friends Ian and Barbara in Hindhead. Great to see them but hard to see how much Ian has deteriorated since Christmas.
