Pretty grannies arrangements

From about mid March, the Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council places colourful grannies around the town. 
It adds a touch of quirky charm to the place. The tourists love them. 
They need to be watered regularly though, and two full-time municipal staff are in charge of looking after them.

The council does flowers too. 
But they are boring.
