Parakeets

Worked from home today, and went out for a short walk at lunch - first time I've left the flat for a few days, so felt a bit odd. When I got back home, I could hear some strange rustling above my head - looked up and saw several parakeets snacking on the seed pods in this tree. I have seen parakeets locally before, but never quite so close to home. I was so glad I'd taken my camera out with me! (Although, it's not often that I don't!)
