Horses in the sunlight

It was a lovely sunny start so I quickly went out and grabbed a few shot of the horses in the fields before it disappeared.As you can see the sky was a strange colour and it was not long before everywhere became grey.
It’s nice to have the horses so close but the two brown ones have been up to mischief and have eaten nearly all the Scots pine tree and the little fir trees that were growing next to the fence. Lots of arm flapping, hand clapping and shouting ‘NO’ ! Makes no difference !
Anne picked me up and we went to the Puffin Pool.We were able to get into ‘our’ corner at the deeper end today , it’s been very busy the last few weeks and we had not been able to get there .Anne had made some chutney yesterday and gave me a jar so I’ll keep it for a Christmas treat.
Mike and myself went to Inverness.B&Q first ( disappointed in their plants at the moment hopefully they’ll have a delivery soon ! ) onto Tesco for lunch in the ‘new’ cafe and then a food shop. We then went to Howdens hoping to get a pond but they do not stock them anymore so we’ll probably order one from Amazon instead.
