Surprise

G came home with this gorgeous bunch of red roses for me this evening. It was an unexpected, lovely surprise. First week back flowers, he said!
I’ve really enjoyed my wee class this week. There is something about younger children that gives you hope.
A busy evening as E was working at the golf club til 9 so I made her tea and took it down to her. They were setting up for a wedding and it looked lovely. So much attention to detail nowadays. When I got married it seemed very straight forward and simple. When she came home we had a lovely family chat.
Also booked a weekend to Aberdeen with the dogs. That was tricky. How difficult is to book somewhere when you also have 2 dogs?? Got it eventually.
