Back slowly getting better: have progressed from gritting teeth when getting  out of bed to merely grimacing :-). Being sensible & taking it easy watching posture when sitting and whilst I won't be doing Lairig Ghru this year, it will still be there next year and enjoyed a number of great walks in preparing for it.
