Exaggerated Side Effect

One of the tedious side effects of having a very ill sister is driving across town way more than usual. I live in St Johns, she lives in Tualatin, and there are no undiscovered surface streets or backroads to make it easier. A lot like all the routes she has tried in her struggles.
Usually, I don't ever drive across town; a slight exaggeration. Here I am, at a standstill, waiting to finish making my way up the hill to the St Johns Bridge.
