August Roses.

After a period of scorching heat for a few weeks, the weather is  now being it's usual self at the moment, cloudy skies and cooler. We have had some welcome rain which has revived some of the plants in the garden. 
This yellow rose however just keeps on flowering regardless of heat and rain.  
I brought in these blooms as hubby showed me an article predicting torrential rain and gale force winds for tomorrow.
He had picked it up on his internet feed. 
This came from the Express. Need I say more! 
     Definitely Fake News I think!! 
But I didn't want these lovely roses to be drowned.
And if it doesn't happen, which I think is highly unlikely, we can at least enjoy their loveliness indoors.
