Berlin

Day 1. We arrived at 6.30pm last night to the most amazing island in the  middle of the river. Twice as nice as we had all expected. We didn't manage a swim but did find really good ice creams! Today we did the rounds of tourist sights connected to WWll and the Cold War. So interesting and moving. This is the Holocaust Memorial.
