Sparrowhawk

This handsome young sparrowhawk posed obligingly for some time in our garden. I got quite a few decent shots, and then, just as I was clicking for one more time, he decided to take flight.
It's always a bit of a fluke to get shots like these, and I feel like I have been gifted the image, by the bird.
