Sunday Lunch

We seldom ever eat this amount of food especially for lunch, here lies a story of why today:
I recently decided to go on line and sell a few jigsaws i no longer had use for, a lady phoned this morning wanting to buy them, her dilemma was she had a lot on her plate (no pun intended) could we bring them to her? "no problem, she was working as a cook in Alfred's kitchen in Guildford, we have seen this kitchen numerous times, its an old railway carriage lovingly restored and now used as an eat place, we have never actually eaten here before today. 
We had a nice trip out. its not too far, after handing over the jigsaws and payment dutifully received she gave us the menu and asked us to chose anything on there, her shout! it was very hard to refuse, we did decline on a meal each and said we often shared lunch, just as well or we would have burst! then this kind soul handed us two tubs of home made pea soup for later. 
i might have more jigsaws to sell sometime in the future??
