Afternoon stroll

This afternoon my husband and I decided to walk along a different section of The Water of Leith walkway.

We drove to Stockbridge to park the car and have a wander around first. There was some kind of talk/tour going on with people dressed up in character but I didn't feel brave enough to take any shots or hear what it was about.

We then set off along the walkway towards Roseburn. There was so much to look at and blip along the way that it took us a wee while even though it was such a short walk. We were intrigued by the new development infringing upon an older building and saw two herons although in different places along the river.

I really enjoyed the walk and will have to go back another time for more blips.
