Farewell to Stromness

Heard this piece by Peter Maxwell Davies on Radio 3 and immediately loved its haunting celtic theme. Not too difficult I thought - I'll get the sheet music. Not so fast   - much trickier than it looks for this struggling guitarist. So I brought in my old guitar teacher, the talented M Edward Billingham for his invaluable help. |( classical guitar teacher in Manchester if you want one). Don't have bucket lists, but OIrkney would definitely be on it if I did. Hoping one day it'll be Hello not Farewell Stromness.
