Wet Sunday afternoon....

Dreich. All day. And not much better all week according to the Country File forecast ( the only bit worth watching by the way !) unless you live in Englandshire.
Went down the road to check the cattle to cheer myself up !
The dry summer seems to have suited the apple trees. This variety is Katie , and it has loads of apples on it . If the forecast for wind is correct they will all end up on the deck , along with the oats and barley ! That will be the cider, beer and porridge knackered then !
