Jelly

Bramble jelly to be precise. I finally finished making it today. I froze the berries for a couple of days as I didn’t have time to process them, then I boiled them up and strained them though a jelly bag. I originally made the jelly yesterday but didn’t boil it for long enough and it was still runny so I decanted it and boiled it again. It seems properly set this time. Sticky fingers crossed.
