Mmmmm... soup

Well, this sure is inspiration for me to take photos. I've found I'll be taking a photo of anything just in case I don't get a better one.

Today was a happy day. I decided to make ham soup. It's always hit and miss whether the ham packs will contain thin bacon off cuts or nice meaty chunks of ham. Today was a nice meaty chunk day. I took various photos of various stages of soup making but not wanting to squeam out any vegetarians I chose this one rather than the half prepared meat shots. Also leek can look very threatening when it's really close up so I went against some of my closer shots.


I love the kitchen so there may be many more kitchen related photos to come when I lack inspiration. I think I'll have to start keeping a list of "potential blips" as I currently just want to photograph everything.
