We've known each other for forty five years and best best buddies for 40 of those. We live a fair distance apart now but I love it when I see him. Funny he should have the same name as my brother, for he seems like one too.

His quirk? When we finish a conversation, face to face or phone, he always says "Bye then bye!" Makes me laugh.
