I got a butterfly! When we went to lunch at Simpsons x

Had to break the mono rule too..... I'm a rebel don't ya know lol

Attended physio for my aching back, got some exercises to do.

Lazy day, only 15000 steps.

My extra is a view of the hospital and the UHI campus on my walk to the physio x
