Fresh!!

Tonight's dinner, a very very fresh pizza

We are really lucky to have a great shop next to us for super fresh ingredients (those of you in Dubai know that's a tough request)
Market and Platters, opened a few months ago and buy their produce from the people that import for the 5 star hotels, exceptionally fresh sea food and vegetables (for a princely sum)

Tonight we fancied a treat so we've got fresh pizza dough, hand cooked tomato, garlic and basil sauce, with artichoke, mushrooms and mozzarella.
