(this wasn't meant to be blipped ...oh no!
it was meant for my 93-year-old mum...
i knew she wouldn't recognise me because of her dementia  but decided to smile anyway...

a few hours later i was in A&E with the most horrendous pain...spent the whole 6 hours there and was told i had kidney stones...
been a couple of "sugary" days and worried that my holiday won't happen unless i can control the pain...and that means painkillers!...and i don't trust them...
as i haven't smiled since then, photo has to be here...to remind me how to...)
