I has rained all day over the mountains, and so...

We  drove up Silloth to visit the local baker "Berry and Son" and a delicious Coronation Chicken fill baguet ,   and I thought I'd share with you this utterly delicious Caramel topped Choux pastry/ loaded with whipped cream.
Very messy! I loved it! with take away cups of tea to finish..
Makes up for the poor weather!
