You cannot be serious

I hate seeing Christmas stuff in August. There should be a law against it.

We won the pub quiz. But there were only two teams and we had five bodies compared to their three. So not exactly a triumph against the odds.

Gardening, shopping, cooking and reading took up the rest of the day. Nearly finished The Blind Assassin which is an amazing and thoughtful book.

I’d write more and better but it’s way past my bedtime.
