Outdoor living...

I walk past this little 'snug' everyday. There are usually several guys hanging out, having a chat and a smoke. We exchange pleasantries as I pass by...them chilling in there 'living-room', me walking my dog down the road. Anywhere else it might seem out of place, wrong even...but somehow around here it seems perfectly normal...
