Walter Peak High Country Farm

What a delight!

My first ever voyage on TSS Earnslaw took us from Queenstown to Walter Peak High Country Farm, on Lake Wakatipu.  The photo shows our view of the Colonel's Homestead on arrival.

In extras there is an image of the magnificent Earnslaw, an Edwardian vintage coal-fired steamer, built in 1912.  It is the only remaining commercial passenger-carrying coal-fired steamship in the southern hemisphere.
