Local beach

Our friends arrived for lunch and after a good chat and catch up we took them for a walk along the beach today.  The weather stayed dry and B who has suffered from two operations on the same knee was able to slowly walk along the sea front.  Thats when you realise how useful all the benches are for short stops.

Great to see them.
